quiet room, a hairdryer, toiletries, and bath sheets in the room. a lot of options, fabulous food. location right by the hill for about 15 minutes, restaurant and the beach, friendly staff.

The room was very clean with air conditioning, a minibar, and a work desk, and the staff were extremely friendly in a fantastic location by the sea.

Property was fabulous and great, I liked the stay.

The place was clean with a very friendly and excellent staff at the reception desk. The hotel was in a magnificent location short walk to the beach, friendly staff. It also was down the hill for about 15 minutes.

Hotel offers beautiful views of the see. The staff is pleasant and we received personal service and attention for all our requests. Room is clean and air conditioned. Everyone who works at the hotel is genuinely interested in ensuring that we have good stay and full satisfaction. Modern and lovely accommodation with a refrigerator provided.

Most of the hotel staff do not speak english and also rude.

Had a great time here for one night. I'm so happy I picked this place! Got myself an apartment with a sweet view of the mountains 😊 the location was awesome, right by the Bosnian coast of the Adriatic Sea. It was stunning!

New hotel, with nice staff. Clean and and comfortable rooms. Beach (170 staers + elevator :-)), restaurants and shops are close and easy to reach.

The set up of the Sat TV was somehow not good (the weather and the see was good). The breakfest was after a few days boring. There were no vegetables. (We spemt 2 weeks!)

Very nice new hostel with good location near the sea. Large and clean rooms with sea views. Staff will help resolve any problems. Tasty breakfast.

This place offers good value and has a great hotel with incredibly friendly staff at the reception desk, plus there's plenty of excellent breakfast options.

Absolute helpful, kind craft in the hotel reception. They helped me change to another suitable room with double bed instead of single beds. This was cool after the tiring 10-hour journey with car.

Far from sea-side, long walk to get there. Continental breakfast, always the same, no fruits, cold omelette and cold frankfurter. Neum has no facilities for entertaining.

High standard, friendly and service minded staff, delicate interior and exterior, internet access - summed up: excellent hotel.
